• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
• Client Relationship Executive

to join our remote team. You will be supporting clients throughout their mortgage financing journey, from initial enquiries and follow-ups to documentation and application coordination.

• No prior experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and comprehensive training will be provided.
• What You Will Be Doing
• Client Engagement
• Reach out to existing clients from our database and follow up on their mortgage financing needs
• Respond to client enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels
• Understand clients' requirements and provide relevant information on available mortgage options
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong, long-term client relationships
• Assist clients throughout the mortgage application and refinancing process
• Mortgage Process Support
• Assist clients with the collection and submission of required documents
• Coordinate with relevant parties as needed throughout the mortgage process
• Follow up on application progress and outstanding documents
• Keep clients updated on important application milestones and requirements
• Interest Rate & Market Updates
• Keep up to date with the latest mortgage interest rates and bank packages
• Monitor changes in bank policies, promotions and financing requirements
• Provide clients with accurate and timely information based on the latest available packages
• Administration & Data Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
• Update client information, follow-up statuses and application details
• Ensure documents and records are properly organised
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks when required
• What We Are Looking For
• Fluent in
• English
• , both spoken and written
• Mandarin or Chinese language skills are an advantage
• Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple follow-ups
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• No prior mortgage or sales experience required
