Kualifikasi

• Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• Proven expertise in Clinical Trial Management, including study protocol adherence and patient recruitment/retention strategies.
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA guidelines.
• Proficiency in Data Management & Entry and experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Systems.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated PROBLEM-SOLVING & CRITICAL THINKING abilities in a research setting.
• Thorough knowledge of the Informed Consent Process and medical terminology.
