Clinical Specialist (Cardiology, Urology, Critical Care, Anesthesiology)

Adecco Indonesia is partnering with a Healthcare company that is looking for a Clinical Specialist s to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes for patients. The clinical specialist will assist in the identification and delivery of appropriate internal and external customer training and education programs to healthcare professionals.

• General Scope
• Provide clinical training to customers on proper care, maintenance, and the safe and effective use of products.
• Plan and deliver educational and training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Coordinate and facilitate requests for approved educational courses.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strengthen clinical knowledge and product proficiency.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in acute care, preferably in Cardiology, Critical Care (IABP – Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump), or Anesthesiology.
• Experience in clinical education and training using simulation-based learning and workshops.
• Ability to develop and deliver training presentations to groups of healthcare professionals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
