Cloud Security Project Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Cloud Security Project Engineer to coordinate and support multiple cloud security implementation projects across the ANZ region. The role will work closely with customers, partners, Sales, Support, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and within agreed timelines and SLAs.

• Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate multiple Netskope cloud security implementation projects across ANZ customers.
• Work with customers, partners, Professional Services Engineers, and internal teams to support successful project delivery.
• Assist in project planning, including scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, particularly the 90-day TTL (Time to Live) requirement.
• Ensure key milestones such as TTFC (Time to First Customer Contact) and TTFTS (Time to First Technical Session) are met.
• Follow the Clean Order Process and coordinate orders and customer queries within established SLAs.
• Coordinate technical teams and escalate issues or delays when necessary.
• Support the regional Hyper-Care Support Program and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to address customer requirements.
• Manage projects delivered through Netskope Partners across the assigned region.
• Ensure successful project completion, handoff, and customer follow-up.
• Follow Netskope policies and maintain professional communication with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Cloud Security or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with Firewall, Networking, or Network Security.
• Basic understanding of cloud security, networking, firewalls, cybersecurity, or SaaS technologies.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to coordinate with Australia/New Zealand time zones when required.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred
• Knowledge or experience with Netskope, SASE, SSE, SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, or other cloud security solutions.
• Familiarity with data privacy frameworks such as GDPR, Australian Privacy Act/APPs, and New Zealand Privacy Act.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, technology partners, or technical implementation projects.
