- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or event management
- Proven experience handling social events, weddings, private events, corporate events, and other event-related business
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, event organizers, vendors, and business partners
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Good knowledge of the Jakarta hospitality, dining, and social events market
- Strong networking skills and an established client or event industry network is an advantage
- Able to manage multiple properties and coordinate sales activities across locations
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM or sales management systems
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Professional appearance, proactive attitude, and strong customer-service orientation
