Job Descriptions
- Identify and approach potential clients/users to expand the royalty licensing network
- Execute the collection of royalties from users in accordance with company policies and targets
- Contribute ideas, market insights, and research to acquire new music users/customers
- Assist in detailing, designing, and implementing strategic marketing and licensing plans
- Develop sales strategies and tailor approaches for various music licensing services
- Analyze market trends, data, demographics, and pricing strategies to continuously improve marketing and collection performance
Requirement
- S1 any discipline, Preferable in Law/Communication/Economic
- Having experience min 2 years in the latest company
- Having experience as Collection, Marketing, or Account Executive (experience in the music/entertainment industry is a strong plus)
- Having a good team work
- Knowledge in Music Business and copyright licensing
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications
- Good Command of English, both Written & Oral
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance, good personality, and a strong service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
