Job Description

• Assist the Chef with daily food preparation and mise en place.
• Prepare ingredients according to kitchen standards and recipes.
• Assist during cooking, plating, and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure ingredients and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
• Follow instructions from the Chef and work well as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.
