Job Description

• Assist the Chef de Partie (CDP) in food preparation (
• mise en place
• ) before service begins.
• Cook and present dishes according to standard recipes and instructions from superiors.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the cooking station, kitchen utensils, and storage areas (
• chillers/walk-in cold rooms
• ).
• Help inspect the quality of incoming raw materials and ensure proper storage.
• Ensure all sanitation and food safety standards are strictly followed.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis or Cook in a Casual Fine Dining restaurant or hotel (Fresh graduates from Culinary/Hospitality backgrounds are welcome to apply).

• Strong basic knowledge of knife skills, cooking methods, and kitchen hygiene.
• Passionate and eager to learn more about Mediterranean / North African cuisine.
• Fast learner, hardworking, honest, and able to work well in a kitchen team.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be placed in Seseh, Badung, Bali.
