Responsibilities
- Manage recipe submissions and curate community-generated recipes on the Yummy app to ensure content quality and relevance.
- Engage with Yummy's creator community by maintaining relationships and providing support to community members.
Coordinate and execute community-based commercial projects across User-Generated Content (UGC), Yummy Creator Network (YCN), and custom community events.
Support end-to-end project execution, including community curation, ideation, creator briefing, coordination, execution, and post-project evaluation.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Content, Sales, Brand Partnership, and Operations, to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor community performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, creator satisfaction, and project outcomes.
- Assist in developing initiatives to grow and strengthen the Yummy creator ecosystem.
Requirements
- Has experience 1–2 years in Community Management, Creator Management, Project Management, Account Management, or a similar role
- Passion for food, cooking, digital content, and online communities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse community members.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain high quality standards under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and community engagement strategies is a plus.
