WE’RE HIRING — COMMUNITY MANAGER
- Creatorz Group is looking for a Community Manager who knows how to turn an audience into an active, loyal, and growing community.
- What You’ll Do
- Build and grow communities across Creatorz Group’s brands and initiatives
- Develop community programs, activities, and engagement strategies
- Manage day-to-day communication across WhatsApp, social media, and other community channels
- Create initiatives that encourage members to interact, participate, and stay active
- Plan online and offline community activations, gatherings, workshops, and events
- Identify and recruit potential community members, ambassadors, creators, and partners
- Build collaborations with brands, venues, communities, and relevant partners
- Gather insights, feedback, trends, and conversations from the community
- Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Social Media, Event, and Business teams
- Track community growth, engagement, retention, and activation performance
- Turn community insights into ideas for campaigns, events, content, and business opportunities
- What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in Community, Marketing, Social Media, Event, Partnership, or related roles
- Naturally enjoys meeting and connecting with people
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable initiating new ideas
- Able to organize events and community activities from idea to execution
- Understands social media culture and current trends
- Comfortable handling multiple communities and projects
- Data-aware — not only “ramai”, but understands growth and engagement metrics
- Experience in agency, lifestyle, F&B, media, creator/influencer, or event industries is a plus
