Job Description

Ensure the company's operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards.

Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BSCI, CTPAT, GRS, and buyer-specific compliance requirements.

Conduct compliance inspections, workplace assessments, and monitoring activities to verify adherence to operational procedures, with a strong emphasis on Occupational Health and Safety.

Identify compliance gaps and non-conformities, prepare comprehensive reports, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure effective resolution.

• Develop, maintain, and control compliance-related documentation, including policies, SOPs, records, and audit evidence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a safe working environment.
• Foster a culture of compliance, quality, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) through continuous awareness and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Compliance/HSE, or a related role.
• Strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety, with the ability to promote and support a safe workplace culture.

Knowledge of management systems and compliance standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BSCI, CTPAT, GRS, and customer audit requirements is highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage compliance documentation accurately.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to be based in Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia.
