Deskripsi pekerjaan Compliance Training Officer PT Bawana Margatama
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Management and interested in Compliance and Training is a must.
- Freshgraduates are welcome to apply
- Able to do Training Needs Analysis (TNA) related to company and government regulations (OJK).
- Able to create and manage compliance training programs.
- Able to develop training materials and evaluate results.
- Good communication skills and able to work with internal and external teams.
- Familiar with digital learning tools and Microsoft Office (Excel).
