Construction Management Tech Lead (Assistant Manager) – PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia

As the CM Tech Lead Assistant Manager, you’ll plan, monitor and evaluate engineering/project management in company (including project to i.e. Development, repairmen, installation, made-to-order/ tooling), to ensure a well run project in accordance to HSE principle with efficient budget

• What You'll Lead and Drive
• Review design drawings, bidding quantities, unit prices, and prepare design drafts and cost estimates based on updated market prices.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate with the Project Manager, and provide weekly progress reports for ongoing construction projects.
• Identify project issues, coordinate corrective actions with the PM, and handle urgent project-related matters when required.
• Review and verify project completion quantities and acceptance/settlement documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with company regulations and procedures, including safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental standard.
• Support the implementation of company regulations, safety, quality, and environmental programs
• Provide information, training, and support related to OHS, quality, energy, and environmental activities.
• What you bring
• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
• Minimum 18 Years Old
• Candidates must have at least Diploma/ Bachelor degree of Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years experience
• Required languages: English

Knowledge’s and Skills: MEP & Construction, AutoCAD 2D, Cost Estimation, Construction Quality, Quantity Calculation, Hazard Identification and Problem Solving

• Attitude: Customer Focus, Drives Engagement and Delivers Quality
• Understanding vision mission company and safety policy
• Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment
