- Manage and monitor renovation and construction projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate tenders, contractors, design reviews, and cost evaluations.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, specifications, and budgets through regular site visits.
- Coordinate building facilities, permits, and infrastructure to ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare project reports and ensure project spending aligns with the approved budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design or related fields. Min GPA 3.00
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, or project management.
- Strong skills in interior design, space planning, layout development, material selection, and budget.
- Able to create and review design drawings, specifications, and RAB/cost estimates.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design tools.
- Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of K3 and building permits/regulations is preferred.
- Willing to travel to project sites.
