Container Depot Manager

Job Description

Lead and direct the Operations and MNR activities at the container depot.

Manage containers, container surveys and estimates, container repairs, and container offloading to maintain a smooth depot operation at all times.

Maintain a high level of service quality across all operational activities, including maintenance of container and washing equipment, container repairs, and other related activities. Ensure all related activities are carried out with safety in accordance with company policy.

Manage office operations by monitoring daily inventory, storage planning, daily operations, and allocating resources to achieve high levels of productivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers and partners. Liaise with shipping lines, trucking companies and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors by implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 5 years experienced in Container Depot manage as Depot Manager.
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability in computer system, Microsoft office and Depot system.
• Excellent communication skills and problem solving.
• Strong people management and Operation aspect.
• Familiarity with safety regulations.
• Can join immediately.
