About the role
Jasa Ayah Corp. (JACO) is seeking a Content Creator / Visual Content Executor who can translate creative briefs into engaging, relevant visual content that aligns with each brand's character. This position is responsible for understanding briefs, determining visual and shot requirements, conducting shooting processes, editing, and finalizing content. We are looking for an individual who can not only execute directions but also demonstrates initiative, visual sense, and the courage to make creative decisions in the field.
- Key responsibilities
- Understand content briefs, visual direction, shot lists, scripts, and content concepts provided
- Translate briefs into visual plans, including scene sequences, angles, composition, and visual hooks
- Conduct photo and video shooting according to content needs and each brand's standards
- Execute editing processes to produce preview content ready for review
- Deliver previews according to established production timelines
- Conduct revisions based on feedback from leaders and relevant teams
- Finalize content until ready for use or publication
- Maintain organization and management of files including raw footage, visual materials, editing projects, and final content
- Provide alternative visual solutions or creative approaches when field conditions require adjustments
- Ensure all assigned content is completed according to targets and deadlines
- About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK
- Graduation from DKV, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Communication, or related fields is a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience in content production
- Experience creating short-form videos, Instagram Reels, TikTok, or other digital content
- Experience creating content for F&B / lifestyle brands is a plus
- Able to use cameras and smartphones for content production
- Understanding of basic camera angles, composition, lighting, and basic audio
- Proficiency in video editing applications at basic–intermediate level
- Able to understand and translate briefs, visual direction, shot lists, and script flow into content
- Good visual sense and ability to determine alternative shooting approaches when needed
- Proactive and not passive in waiting for direction to complete work
- Disciplined with ability to manage work timelines
- Open to feedback and revision processes
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in output quality
- Able to work individually and collaborate with teams
