About the role
- Digital Marketing role at WaHaHa Group involving strategy development, campaign planning, and execution across marketing channels.
- Key responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies including target customer identification, promotions, advertising media selection, and sales improvement tactics
- Create and execute marketing campaign plans from conception to completion
- Use AI tools to support content ideation, research, campaign analysis, and daily marketing tasks
- Work with target metrics, maintain attention to detail, and collaborate with Marketing, Operational, and Outlet teams
- About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Strategic Marketing
- Strong capability in developing marketing strategies
- Ability to create comprehensive marketing campaign plans
- Proficiency with AI tools for marketing support
- Creative mindset with awareness of current trends and F&B customer behaviour
- Ability to work to targets with attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
