Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create engaging organic content for Instagram and TikTok, particularly for branding and awareness purposes.
- Develop content concepts based on current trends, audience behavior, and brand identity.
- Handle the content creation process from ideation, scripting, shooting, to presenting content on camera.
- Apply strong understanding of content pacing, hooks, storytelling, and organic social media formats.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and social media teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives.
- Monitor social media trends and continuously propose fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Evaluate content performance and use insights to improve future content.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, preferably in branding or consumer/retail brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok organic content, including pacing, hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Must have a relevant portfolio showcasing Instagram and TikTok content.
- Communicative, confident, and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
- Adaptive, proactive, creative, and highly initiative-driven in following and utilizing current trends.
- Experience creating content incorporating 3D elements is a plus.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya.
