is opening opportunity for young talent , a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator & Marketing Staff to join our team! If you're passionate about branding, social media, and events — this is your chance to get hands-on experience in the exciting world of real estate marketing.

Education Status
- Fresh Graduate
- Binus/UBM/Prasmul/UMN/Pradita, etc are welcome to apply.
- Location: Must be domiciled in the Alam Sutera, Tangerang City area or nearby and willing to work On-Site.
- Professional looking/well-presented (ready to be on camera!)
- Have strong content analysis and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinker with good communication skills.
- Familiar with social media platforms & design tools (AI, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, etc. is a plus)
- Eager to learn and take initiative
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and edit engaging visual and video content (CapCut).
- Support the execution of Marketing Communication (Marcom) strategies and campaigns.
- Actively serve as the on-screen talent for brand content.
- Have experience in event organization, etc (is a big point plus!)
- Social media savvy & familiar with marketing tools.
- Strong portfolio highlighting a range of events and platform social media content projects.
- High attention to detail is needed (QC), specifically during quality control of copywriting.
