Tanggung Jawab

• Create engaging content (video, photo, and written content) for social media and digital platforms.
• Act as on-camera talent to promote products, services, and company initiatives.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent content delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce impactful and relevant campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement based on insights and analytics.
• Stay updated on digital trends, social media developments, and audience preferences.
• Review and ensure content quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia, Film, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Content Creator
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Confident in public speaking and appearing on camera in both English and Indonesian.
• Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media trends, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Proficient in content creation and editing tools for photos, videos, and graphic design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and content performance analytics is an advantage.
