• About PT Ayouma

PT Ayouma is an international luxury real estate developer developing high-end resorts in Bali and Lombok. We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our social media presence.

This is an independent role where you will be responsible for developing ideas, creating content, managing our social media channels, and growing our online brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our complete social media strategy.
• Create original content ideas and campaigns.
• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar.
• Produce high-quality photo and video content.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Write engaging captions and social media copy.
• Publish and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Monitor trends and create content that increases engagement and reach.
• Analyse performance and continuously optimise content.
• Work independently while collaborating remotely with the PT Ayouma team when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager.
• Excellent photography and videography skills.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook algorithms.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop content concepts independently.
• Able to work without daily supervision.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
• Good English communication skills (Indonesian is a plus).
