Key Responsibilities

• Apply deep platform understanding—especially TikTok—to optimize content performance and audience growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align content with campaign goals and brand identity.
• Analyze content performance metrics and continuously improve creative strategy.
• Maintain consistent posting schedules and manage content calendars.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or related fields.
• Strong communication, creativity, and confidence presenting on camera.
• Proficiency in content tools such as TikTok Studio, CapCut, Canva, and basic video/photo editing software.
• Active social media presence or portfolio demonstrating content style and performance.
