Combining design expertise with a strong understanding of digital platforms, Soeara Creative is now hiring for the position of Full Time Graphic Designer

Role Description

Content Planning & Ideation

Develop creative content ideas and execute engaging vertical video concepts tailored to each client's brand, target audience, and marketing objectives.

Content Production

: Experienced and skilled in shooting high-quality short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring content is visually appealing and platform-optimized.

Video Editing

Edit vertical videos using industry-standard or mobile editing software, incorporating transitions, captions, sound design, and motion elements to maximize content performance.

Trend Research

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, audio, and platform features to create timely and relevant content.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the creative director and social media teams to translate campaign strategies into compelling video content.

Content Optimization

Understand platform best practices, audience behavior, and performance insights to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 - 3 years in relevant position or projects with a strong portfolio
• showcasing short-form vertical video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Proficiency in video editing software,
• such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of social media trends
• , storytelling, pacing, and content that drives engagement.
• Experienced and skilled in operating
• smartphones, lighting, and basic audio equipment for content production. Experience with professional camera is highly preferred.
• Creative thinker
• with the ability to transform briefs into engaging video concepts.
• Strong communication skills and confidence
• when directing simple shoots with clients or talents.
• Highly organized
• , able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, receive feedback, and continuously improve creative output.
• Relevant education or experience in Communications, Advertisement, Digital Media, Films, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• A strong portfolio is valued more than formal qualifications.

This position is hybrid, but will require regular work from our office in Jimbaran, Bali, as well as on-site content shoots at client locations.
