Responsibilities

• Content Production
• Produce TikTok content based on the brand's content strategy.
• Execute different content formats, including product videos, lifestyle videos, UGC, commercial ads, and campaign content.
• Production Management
• Coordinate scripts, talents, locations, props, and shooting schedules.
• Ensure smooth production from pre-production to final delivery.
• Content Quality
• Maintain high standards for storytelling, visual quality, and brand consistency.
• Continuously improve content performance through iteration.
• Productivity Management
• Deliver content on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Optimize production workflow to improve efficiency.
• Performance Analysis
• Review content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with Branding and Affiliate teams to produce more effective creative assets.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with designers, editors, creators, and project teams throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content production, creative production, social media content, or TikTok content.
• Experience managing end-to-end content production.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work is required.

• Strong understanding of TikTok content trends and storytelling.
• Excellent planning and production coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple productions simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Working proficiency in English is required.
