We are a growing Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Bali, looking for a proactive Contracting Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and managing supplier relationships across hotels, tours, and transfer services to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and contract with hotels for competitive rates and allotments
- Establish and manage partnerships with local tour operators and transfer/transportation providers
- Maintain and update contract database, rates, and availability
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure best pricing and service quality
- Coordinate with sales/operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing across hotel, tour, and transfer segments
- Prepare regular reports on contracting status and supplier performance
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in hotel/tour/transfer contracting, DMC, or hospitality (fresh graduates welcome)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to learn and grow with a startup environment
- Basic English proficiency
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Kuta area)
