Requirements
- Minimum education S1 Accounting
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting (especially in Investment Property)
- Able to communicate well
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Have a good understanding of accounting
- Preferably have worked as auditor in a public accounting firm

Job Description
- Review and correct daily journal entries prepared by staff to ensure alignment with recorded values and postings.
- Review land purchase data and reconcile it within Excel.
- Ensure that the systems and technologies in use meet departmental needs and maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Review sub-ledgers—such as accounts receivable, miscellaneous payables, advances, etc.—to ensure the completeness of financial statement data.
