COORDINATOR - EVENT & PROMOTION (MAKASSAR)

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Event, Promotion, Marketing, or a related role, preferably within the property, mall, retail, or lifestyle industry.

Good understanding of event planning, event execution, promotional activities, campaign management, and vendor management.

Able to develop event and promotional concepts, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with vendors, agencies, tenants, sponsors, and relevant parties.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills; creative, proactive, and able to work effectively under targets and deadlines.

Job Description

• Develop event and promotional concepts and strategies to support company campaigns and business targets.
• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of events and promotional activities, from planning and preparation through implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, tenants, sponsors, and relevant parties to fulfill event and promotional requirements.

Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all event and promotional activities are carried out according to plan and established standards.

Monitor and evaluate event and promotional activities, and prepare reports on the results and achievements of each activity
