. This is a pivotal position responsible for coordinating financial operations and accounting activities across the hospital, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Based in

• Key responsibilities
• Coordinating daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger management
• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
• Processing invoices, purchase orders and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconciling bank statements and accounting records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Supporting internal and external audit activities by providing necessary documentation and explanations
• Coordinating with hospital departments to collect financial information and monitor departmental budgets
• Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and software
• Preparing financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with hospital financial policies, procedures and Indonesian accounting standards
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting coordination or similar financial accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy when handling financial data
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments
• Understanding of healthcare financial operations and hospital billing processes is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while supporting a team environment
