Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in the hospitality industry, tourism management, or destination management organization (DMO), with at least 1 year in a managerial/lead role

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Management, Environmental Management, or related fields
• Ability to integrate creative aspects (program/activity creation) with commercial aspects (sales/revenue targets)
• Knowledge of the basic principles of sustainable tourism and local community empowerment.
• Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team (from admin/sales teams to fields/activator teams)

Proficient in negotiating with B2B clients (schools/corporations) and capable of representing the company in front of stakeholders or landowners

Willing to travel for business or temporarily relocated to project/destination sites to ensure activation processes meet standards.
