- to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established work plans and organizational targets.
- Implement and coordinate
- Sustainability and ESG programs/initiatives
- in accordance with the Company’s sustainability strategy and management direction.
- Prepare
- ESG and Sustainability reports and documentation
- to support the monitoring and achievement of the Company’s sustainability objectives.
- Ensure ESG and Sustainability data, activities, and reporting are
- in compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and Company requirements
- Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to support
- ESG data collection, program implementation, monitoring, and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in
- Communication, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or other relevant fields
- Minimum
- 2 years of experience
- in Sustainability/ESG, ESG reporting, sustainability programs, or data analysis/collection; experience in the
- Pharmaceutical industry or Consulting
- is preferred.
- Strong understanding of
- ESG and Sustainability reporting
- and related sustainability practices.
- Familiarity with
- SROI, ROSI, GHG, and ISO standards
- Strong
- analytical and data processing skills
- , with high attention to detail.
- Strong
- communication, coordination, and collaboration skills
- with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good command of
- English
- , both written and verbal.
- Proficient in
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- ISO training/certification
