Swing is Indonesia’s leading golf platform, with 100,000+ golfers on our app. We are expanding into B2B technology through Swing ERP, a platform that integrates golf course operations with finance and back-office management.
We are looking for an experienced ERP Finance & Accounting Functional Lead to design standardized, end-to-end business processes for golf courses, covering finance, accounting, taxation, and ERP implementation.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end business processes covering order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, inventory, budgeting, membership, and revenue distribution.
- Define finance and accounting workflows, Chart of Accounts (CoA), posting rules, account mapping, approval matrices, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Ensure operational transactions from golf, F&B, pro shop, membership, and events are correctly reflected in the General Ledger (GL), financial statements, and tax reports.
- Design accounting treatments for revenue recognition, deposits, prepaid packages, inventory, fixed assets, leases, and intercompany transactions.
- Define Indonesian tax workflows covering PPN, PPh, PBJT, Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot.
- Evaluate and optimize Swing ERP’s accounting integration with Mekari Jurnal or recommend an alternative solution.
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, data migration, UAT, go-live, and client onboarding.
