Key Responsibilities
- Build and review financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses
- Support M&A projects, feasibility studies, corporate actions, and fundraising activities
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and due diligence
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in KAP, advisory/consulting, or corporate finance (private sector or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to grow strong business and strategic acumen
