Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.) is preferred. Candidates with degrees in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics are also welcome, provided they have strong experience in capital markets and corporate governance.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, Legal, Compliance, Capital Markets, or related functions, preferably within a publicly listed company (Tbk) or a capital markets law firm.

Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian Company Law, OJK regulations, IDX Listing Rules, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), disclosure obligations, insider information management, and corporate governance best practices.

Proven experience managing corporate secretarial functions, including OJK and IDX reporting, Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports, Public Expose, General Meetings of Shareholders (RUPS), Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners meetings, corporate actions (e.g., dividends, rights issues, mergers and acquisitions), and Investor Relations activities.

Familiarity with the company's business operations and the ability to provide strategic governance and regulatory support.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience liaising with OJK, IDX, KSEI, notaries, legal counsel, regulators, shareholders, analysts, investors, and the media.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, and the confidence to advise senior management on regulatory compliance and governance matters.

Job Description

• Responsible for Regulatory Reporting & Compliance to ensure the company meets all legal requirements.
• Handled Annual Reporting, Sustainability Reporting & Information Disclosure for listed company compliance.
• Responsible for Corporate Governance implementation and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinated BOD, BOC & Committee Meetings and prepared official minutes and resolutions.

Organized Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders (AGMS & EGMS), including notice, materials, minutes, and regulatory filing to OJK and IDX.

• Coordinated Corporate Actions with notary, legal counsel, and regulators; prepared and archived all Corporate Documents.
• Conducted Public Expose and managed Stakeholder Relations to ensure effective communication and regulatory compliance.

Functioned as Corporate Secretary to facilitate communication with regulators, shareholders, investors, and stakeholders; and executed other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
