About the role

PT Arenes Boga Sejahtera is a Food & Beverage restaurant company based in Jakarta Selatan that is continuously growing. We are seeking professionals to join and grow with us in the Cost Control position.

• Key responsibilities
• Monitor and control operational costs of the company
• Conduct monitoring of food cost, beverage cost, inventory control, and stock opname
• Analyze COGS and provide efficiency recommendations
• Prepare cost control reports on a regular basis
• Coordinate with operational and finance teams regarding cost control
• About you
• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Cost Control Supervisor or similar position in F&B/Hospitality industry
• Understanding of food cost, beverage cost, inventory control, and stock opname
• Experience in COGS analysis and operational cost control
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities
• Willing to work mobile when required
