About us
PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; Stella Group international based in China (https://www.stella.com.hk/).
Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry
- Position: Finance Specialist (Cost and Management)
- Placement: Pemalang, Central Java
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze product costing (material, labor, overhead).
- Maintain standard cost and perform variance analysis.
- Monitor cost per unit, expenses, and profitability.
- Review operational expenses against budget and policy.
- Identify cost efficiency and saving opportunities.
- Prepare costing and expense analysis reports.
Requirements
- S1/D3 majoring Finance, Business and Accounting
- At least two years of experience in costing, cost control, or finance analysis (manufacturing preferred).
- Proficient in English both oral and written (Mandarin will be advantage)
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
