OPEN RECRUITMENT: Costing Analyst
Job Description
- Input transaction data and monitor the accumulation of sales, purchases, and production costs into the cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory ledgers.
- Calculate, update, and compare standard product costs against actual production costs.
- Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances, investigating discrepancies and reporting findings to management.
- Reconcile inventory balances, Work in Progress (WIP), and stock valuations during monthly or annual closings.
- Coordinate withsupply chain teams to verify Bill of Materials (BOM) and work orders.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (sometimes open to other majors with relevant experience).
- Min. 1 to 3 years of experience in cost accounting, cost estimation, or manufacturing/production environments.
- High attention to detail, deadline-driven execution, and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
