Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and product costing calculations.
• Prepare and monitor COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) for finished products.
• Monitor material, labor, and manufacturing overhead costs.
• Analyze cost variances between BOM, standard cost, and actual cost.
• Prepare cost and COGS reports for management.
• Support inventory costing, valuation, and stock reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end closing related to cost accounting, inventory, and COGS.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure accurate BOM and cost data.
• Support stock opname and inventory analysis.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Product Costing, COGS, BOM, or Inventory Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/garment company.

• Strong understanding of cost accounting, BOM, product costing, COGS calculation, inventory valuation, and financial reporting.
• Experience analyzing material consumption and cost variances is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
