Country Brand Manager

Job Description

We're looking for someone to lead and be accountable for the Harlan Holden Fashion brand's performance in Indonesia — sales, margin, and retail execution end-to-end.

The role leads across Store Operations, Warehouse, Merchandising, and Marketing, with direct oversight of store leaders and function assistants. You'll present monthly business reviews to our Country CEO, and this position is built as a clear path toward Country General Manager.

Requirements

• 8–10 years in retail, fashion, or lifestyle, with at least 3 years leading multi-store operations
• You've owned a sales and margin target and delivered on it — not just supported one
• Strong merchandising knowledge: sell-through, assortment planning, and inventory accuracy discipline
• Experience building a floor where service is the standard, not the exception
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, working proficiency in English
