PT Aroma Prima Livindo is an FMCG beauty company behind well-known brands such as Morris (fragrance), Ginza (skincare), and various other personal care categories. We continue to grow as one of Indonesia’s most innovative and strong local companies in the beauty & fragrance industry To support our expanding creative initiatives, we are looking for a Creative Designer (Graphic, Video Editor, 3D Animator) who is skilled, imaginative, and capable of producing high-quality visual content that elevates our brands to the next level.

• Graphic Designer
• Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, banners, posters, brochures, and branding assets
• Collaborate with the brand, social media, and ecommerce teams to conceptualize and execute visual campaign
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Prepare final artwork files for both digital and print production
• Contribute creative ideas to improve brand identity and user experience
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
• Video Editor
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging conten
• Add effects, transitions, graphics, and sound to enhance storytelling
• Collaborate with the brand and social media teams to execute video concepts
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all video outputs
• Manage and organize media assets and project files
• Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and tools
• 3D Animator
• Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, objects, environments, and visual effects
• Work closely with the brand, social media, and ecommerce teams to deliver animations aligned with project requirements
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and motion studies when needed
• Collaborate with modelers, riggers, and texture artists to ensure animation readiness
• Optimize animations for use in games, films, ads, or digital platforms
• Troubleshoot animation issues and improve workflow processes

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or relevant field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in design and multimedia software such as

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and/or 3D animation work.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
