Main Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential creators to join the TikTok Go program.
• Explain the TikTok Go program and its benefits to creators.
• Follow up with creators until they successfully join the program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with others.
• Active TikTok user with a good understanding of the content creator ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented and results-driven.
• Previous experience in sales, affiliate marketing, or creator management is an advantage.
