Key Responsibilities

• Search for and recruit new creators.
• Manage creators who have already onboarded.
• Develop strategies to improve creator performance.
• Maintain relationships between the brand and creators.
• Analyze and create reports on creator development.
• Execute existing campaigns with internal creators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Influencer Management, or Campaign Marketing (preferably in an MCN agency or e-commerce environment).
• Solid understanding of social media trends, the influencer ecosystem, and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brands and creators.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving mindset, and a positive attitude.
• ⁠Able to Work independently and collaboratively a cross departments
