Identify and map potential creators across major social media platforms to support beauty brand campaigns, with a primary focus on Innisfree.

• Conduct creator outreach and initial negotiations, aligning deliverables, timelines, and partnership terms with campaign objectives.
• Coordinate product sampling logistics, ensuring timely product dispatch and arrival for all participating creators.
• Track content creation and submission deadlines, validating that submitted drafts comply with brand guidelines and campaign briefs.
• Monitor campaign milestones and deliverables, maintaining clear communication with creators to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
• Compile and analyze campaign performance data, updating internal tracking sheets to generate structured post-campaign evaluation reports.

Kualifikasi

Final-year undergraduate student (currently completing thesis) or fresh graduate awaiting formal graduation, preferably majoring in Communication Studies, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of the social media landscape, creator economy, and influencer/affiliate marketing trends.
• Basic familiarity with data tracking tools, such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or operational dashboards for data entry and monitoring.
• Prior internship or organizational experience in a Multi-Channel Network (MCN), agency, or KOL/Creator partnership role is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with external talent and creators.

High attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing sample deliveries and tracking multiple campaign deadlines simultaneously.

Proactive and adaptive mindset, eager to learn beauty industry trends, brand storytelling, and campaign operations.

Good verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English, with an optional portfolio demonstrating relevant creator or project work.
