Credit Marketing Officer
to join our team in South Sulawesi on a
full-time basis

As a Credit Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for promoting credit products and services to potential clients, whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential clients for credit products and services within the Sulawesi region
Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote credit products to prospective customers
Conduct market research and analysis to understand client needs and market trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-up and engagement
Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly credit marketing targets and sales objectives
Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of credit applications
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the credit application and approval process

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and campaign performance
Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to promote products and expand the client base
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related financial services role, ideally with 2-3 years in a similar position
Strong understanding of credit products, lending principles, and financial services industry practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients
Demonstrated sales capability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills in a consultative selling environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Knowledge of the South Sulawesi market and local business landscape is highly desirable
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, finance or business administration
Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
