- We’re looking for a high-performing CRM professional who knows how to turn conversations into conversions!
Kami mencari pribadi yang energik, komunikatif, persuasif, dan berorientasi pada hasil. Bukan sekadar membalas chat, tetapi mampu membangun kepercayaan, menangani keberatan, dan menghasilkan booking melalui smart communication & elegant soft selling.
YOUR ROLE
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments.
- Build trust through persuasive and consultative communication.
- Master objection handling, strategic follow-up, and soft closing.
- Manage WhatsApp inquiries and CRM sales pipeline.
- Drive booking, patient attendance, repeat visits, and retention.
- Achieve measurable conversion KPIs while maintaining premium service standards.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, sales conversion, or consultative selling.
- Proven track record in achieving sales or conversion targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, active listening, and closing skills.
- Confident, energetic, proactive, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Skilled in WhatsApp selling, follow-up strategy, and objection handling.
- Experience in aesthetic clinics, healthcare, beauty, or premium services is a strong advantage.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of results.
