Job Description

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Manage customer databases and perform customer segmentation based on customer profiles, behavior, and engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns through email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other digital communication channels.
• Develop customer lifecycle campaigns to support onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and retention rates.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve customer journeys, and increase campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other relevant teams to support business objectives.
• Prepare regular CRM performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, campaign management, customer journeys, and retention strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, push notifications, or other CRM channels.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and campaign analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
