As one of the first members of our operations team, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding experience for our customers and healthcare partners. You'll help ensure every order, every interaction, and every detail reflects the high standards of Longevix Biosciences.

You'll help ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience—from processing orders accurately to supporting our day-to-day operations and maintaining smooth inventory management. Your work will help build the trust that clinics and healthcare professionals place in Longevix Biosciences.

• Deliver a professional and friendly experience for clinics and customers from their first enquiry through to successful delivery.
• Receive, verify, prepare, and coordinate customer orders to ensure they are delivered accurately and on time.
• Keep our inventory accurate and organised so every customer receives the right products on time.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and make our operations more efficient.
• Work closely with the leadership team to solve challenges and continuously improve how we serve our customers.
