Kualifikasi
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience as a customer associate or in an operational role is a strong plus.
- Strong time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
