About the role
- We are seeking a
- Customer Relation Officer (CRO)
- to join the team at Miracle Aesthetic Clinic Batam. This is a
- contract position
- based in
- Batam, Riau Islands
. As a Customer Relation Officer, you will be the vital link between our clinic and our valued clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and building long-lasting relationships. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in aesthetic healthcare and directly contributes to client satisfaction and retention.
- Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain comprehensive client records and ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Provide detailed information about aesthetic services, treatment options, and clinic policies
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and work towards effective resolutions
- Build and nurture positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Process client payments and maintain financial records accurately
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities when required
- What we're looking for
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industries
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English; additional languages are advantageous
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Professional demeanour with the ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult situations
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Reliability and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
