WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
- Friendly and service-oriented.
- Detail-focused and good with numbers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online scheduling systems.
- Prior experience in clinic/hospital admin is a plus!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet and assist clients at the front desk.
- Manage appointment bookings and follow-ups.
- Handle daily admin and transactions (payments, receipts, reports).
- Coordinate with psychologists and internal team.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming client experience.
