Job Descriptions
Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and complaints in a friendly, professional, and timely manner through e-commerce platforms
Provide accurate information regarding skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, usage instructions, pricing, promotions, and return policies.
- Assist customers with order-related inquiries, shipping updates, and other purchasing issues.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues when necessary.
- Follow company guidelines, customer service SOPs, and communication standards.
- Monitor and manage incoming customer messages throughout the assigned shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service, E-commerce Admin, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with a friendly, polite, and professional approach.
- Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, patient, and responsive.
- Interested in beauty and skincare products and willing to learn product knowledge.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Tokopedia.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Available to work evening - night shifts and weekends according to the assigned schedule.
- Must have a personal laptop/computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable work environment for remote work.
- Willing to work on a temporary freelance basis for the required assignment period.
- Working Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM WIB
- Saturday – Sunday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM WIB
